  2. It is certainly a mantra that I try to live by too James. We can but try at least, it doesn't take much to do so after all!

  3. My husband ever since I met him 25 years ago has never passed an elderly person. He believes it could make someone's day just saying good morning.some of Our elderly don't see anyone for days so if they are out and about Graeme speaks to them.

  4. I am the same. In fact, on Wednesday when I was at the railway station I saw an elderly lady struggling to carry a rolled up carpet. Naturally I helped her down the steps with it and made sure she got onto the right seat in her carriage. I was rewarded with a big smile, a heartfelt thank you and more important of all, a toffee! Superb. Made my day too to be fair. And it doesn't take much time or effort really. Thanks you for comment, I like hearing that.
